The script Helpdesk 2005 is a Customer Support srcipt (live support package).
This is a helpdesk written by Ntework Administrators for a Windows Client network.
It uses PHP and MySQL, as well as WMI. It features an automatic inventory progarm that works with all WMI compatible clients(2000,XP by default, WIN9X/NT with add-on).
It is still benig actively developed as it is in use on the creators network.
